Identification of Non-Compliance of Children's Products Based on Ishikawa Diagram

Abstract

Qualitative analysis of produced goods, particularly the analysis of the causes of noncompliance, is crucial for every company as it directly impacts the satisfaction of customers who utilize such products. The fishbone diagram is the most popular tool that can be effectively utilized for such analysis in a straightforward manner. In the studied company, this diagram was employed to analyze the issue of unsatisfactory product quality. Through brainstorming, potential causes of the problem were organized and appropriately classified in the article. The aim was to implement corrective actions and focus on key areas that cause the most waste.
