Abstract

Newly synthesized polyimide possessing NLO chromophore as a side chain has a good solubility and is stable to 320 C. Polyimide Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films were prepared by the precursor method. The differences of multilayer structure between the precursor and the polyimide LB films were analyzed by means of Ellipsometry. ©1998TAPJ.
