Abstract

The author explores the death instinct genesis in his different ways of violence; he shows how this potential of violence in psychic life don't serve this death instinct. The violence goes by acting out, dealing with unlinked instincts and decharged excitation. This form of acting is connected with paranoid fantasy, menacing the identity sentiment. Studying the delinquency problem, the winnicottian approach gives a centrel place to the mother-baby relation.
