Abstract
This research aimed to develop a training program to enhance student leadership practices in students in normal universities in Hebei, China. The study utilized an exploratory mixed-methods approach integrating qualitative, quantitative, and experimental methods. A total of 897 student leaders from four normal universities in Hebei participated in the study. Factors related to student leadership development in the context of China were synthesized from the literature. Levels of leadership were measured and found overall to be at the moderate level.
