Abstract

Volt-ampere and spectral characteristics of the series of GaN nanowires/Si solar cells differing in interface layer preparation are obtained. Influence of hydrogen plasma passivation on electrical and spectral curves is analyzed. It is demonstrated that the interface passivation significantly affects the characteristics of the studied cells.
