Abstract

In the originally published version of this article, the affiliation and e-mail address of the third author (Suqin Shen) were found to be outdated in the HTML version. The updated affiliation should have been ‘School of Management, Guangdong University of Technology, Guangzhou, China’ while the updated e-mail address should be ‘suqin.shen@uqconnect.edu.au’. The article PDF version already contains the correct and updated details. The original article has been corrected.
