Abstract
Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia tidak terkecuali Indonesia melahirkan sejumlahkebijakan, salah satunya adalah pembelajaran daring. Seluruh jenjang pendidikan mengalami haltersebut, termasuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada SMPTunas Dharma yang berada di Kabupaten Karawang, dimana dari hasil pra-penelitian diketahuibahwa terjadi penurunan motivasi belajar selama proses pembelajaran daring berlangsung.Dikarenakan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dilakukan di rumah, dimana interaksi siswa palingbanyak dilakukan dengan keluarga sehingga peran dukungan keluarga sangatlah penting. Dukungankeluarga memiliki hubungan dengan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa, hal ini didukung dengansejumlah penelitian terdahulu. Oleh sebabitu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakahdukungan keluarga berhubungan dengan motivasi belajar. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalahkuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswadi SMP Tunas Dharma sebanyak 192 siswa, dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan tabel Isaac danMichael sebanyak 123 orang yang nantinya sampel ini akan dihimpun menggunakan teknik kuotasampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Momentdiperoleh nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0.626 (p>0.05) yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubunganyang positif dan signitifkan antara dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi belajar, sekaligus menjawabhipotesis penelitian ini dimana Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.Kata Kunci: Dukungan keluarga, motivasi belajar. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world is no exception, Indonesia has spawnedsome policies, one of which is online learning. All levels of education experience this, includingJunior High School (SMP). This research will focus on SMP Tunas Dharma in Karawang Regencywhere from the results of the pre-research it was found that there was a decrease in learningmotivation during the online learning process. Because the implementation of online learning iscarried out at home, where most student interactions are carried out with families, the role of familysupport is important. Family support has a relationship with the level of student learning motivation,this is supported by some previous studies. Therefore, this study aims at determining whether familysupport is related to learning motivation. The method in this research was quantitative with the typeof correlational research. The population in this study were all 192 students at Tunas Dharma JuniorHigh School, with the number of samples based on Isaac and Michael's table as many as 123 people,which later this sample will be collected using a quota sampling technique. Based on the results ofdata analysis using the Pearson product-moment correlation test, the Pearson correlation value wasobtained at 0.626 (p>0.05), which means that there was a positive and significant relationshipbetween family support and learning motivation, as well as answering the hypothesis of this studywhere Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected.Keywords: Family support, learning motivation.
