We usually believe that what is virtual is less important than what is real. Nevertheless emotions, positives as negatives, can be felt there on a similar manner. This paper shows how we use the word « virtual » wrong when we talk about digital technology communications. This distinction allows us to better understand which consequences can result from these relations and that the dichotomy between reality and digital has no longer place to be. However, that context has to be settled with limits, like any other context else. We still have to know which kind of limits we are talking about, in a couple, in family, between parents and child or even between the therapist and the patient.
