Abstract

Elastin-like polypeptides (ELPs) functionalized with azide or alkyne groups were produced biosynthetically and coupled via the Cu-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition to a variety of (bio)molecules. © 2009 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
