Abstract
The goal of this study is to identify and evaluate the Balanced Scorecard technique as a way to assess how well JNE Pandan Valley Agents are performing. Utilizing questionnaires, observations, documentation, and interviews, data was gathered. The Likert scale technique and Business Canvass Model were applied to the study instrument. Data technical analysis utilizing the Balanced Scorecard's descriptive qualitative technique. The study's findings indicate that a good overall measurement from a financial standpoint using Return On Equity is 8.32%. The sales data of agents with numerous clients show that the customer perspective for 2020 and 2021 is favorable, meaning that they will have a steady stream of clients and few competitors serving the same target market in those years. Furthermore, the learning and growth viewpoint yields favorable outcomes since the financial and customer sectors do well.
