Abstract

The objective of the research is to evaluate the sustainability of the agroindustry in the scope of the third stage of the Chavimochic project. The methodology used follows the following steps: First, to know the system an internal or diagnostic analysis is carried out, then a study of driving forces or tendencies related to the system is continued; Finally, with the previous information, the prospective structural analysis method and the MICMAC software are used to identify the structural relationships of the system and evaluate its sustainability or stability. The system was represented by 25 variables and their direct and indirect relationships; The main conclusion of the research is to show logically and graphically that the system is sustainable or stable, so with the design, implementation and monitoring of an appropriate and relevant strategy that takes agricultural exports as its central objective is feasible the sustainability in the evolution of the system.
