Abstract

• Genitourinary tuberculosis is not commonly encountered in general urological practice in Australia and New Zealand. However, this infection is easily overlooked unless clinicians maintain a strong awareness of its possibility. • This brief overview is directed to reflect the present state of knowledge and management in our two countries. © 2012 The Authors.
