Abstract

We describe the management of a 37-week parturient with a breech singleton pregnancy presenting with progressive dyspnoea caused by tracheal stenosis. The patient underwent bron-choscopy using a flexible fibreoptic bronchoscope and dilatation of a stenosis using a balloon-tipped catheter. Subsequently, the patiet had a normal delivery. (Br. J.
