Abstract
Transparent conducting tin oxide thin films have been prepared by spray pyrolysis technique. Structure, optical and electrical properties of prepared films at different concentration (0.1, 0.2,0.3,0.4) mol/litter were studied at substrate temperature (550ºC) .UV-Vis spectrophotometer shows that the transmittance increases with the decrease in the concentration of SnO 2 thin films and it received 87% for the lower concentration (0.1 mol/litter). From AFM image notice that the smoothness and homogeneous of the films are decreasing with increasing the aqueous solution molarity. I-V characteristic of the SnO 2 films shows the thin film behavior was close to Ohm's law. اﻟﻤﺤ اﻟﻘﺼﺪﯾﺮ اوﻛﺴﯿﺪ ﻻﻏﺸﯿﺔ واﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﺎﺋﯿﺔ ,اﻟﺒﺼﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﺸﻜﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺨﺼﺎﺋﺺ ﻀ ﺑﺘﻘﻨﯿﺔ ﺮه اﻟﻜﯿﻤﯿﺎﺋﻲ اﻟﺮش اﻟﺨﻼﺻﺔ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ھﺬا ﻓﻲ واﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﺎﺋﯿﺔ اﻟﺒﺼﺮﯾﺔ اﻟﺨﺼﺎﺋﺺ دراﺳﺔ ﺗﻢ اﻟﺘﺮﻛﯿﺒﯿﺔ و ﻷﻏﺸﯿﺔ اﻟﻘﺼﺪﯾﺮ اوﻛﺴﯿﺪ ﺛﻨﺎﺋﻲ اﻟﻤﻮﺻﻠﺔ و اﻟﺸﻔﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﻜﯿﻤﯿﺎﺋﻲ اﻟﺮش ﺑﻄﺮﯾﻘﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﻀﺮة ﻣﺨﺘﻠ ﺑﺘﺮاﻛﯿﺰ) ﻔﺔ 0.1 , 0.4 ,0.3 ,0.2 ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺧﻼل وﻣﻦ /ﻟﺘﺮ ﻣﻮل (اﻟﻤﺮﺋﯿﺔ اﻻﺷﻌﺔ ﻣﻄﯿﺎف-ﺗﺮ ﻧﻘﺼﺎن ﻣﻊ ﺗﺰداد اﻟﻨﻔﺎذﯾﺔ ان ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺔ ﺗﻢ ﺑﻨﻔﺴﺠﯿﺔ اﻟﻔﻮق ﻛﯿﺰ اﻏﺸﯿﺔ SnO 2 , ﺣﯿﺚ وﺻﻠﺖ ﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ 87 % اﻟﻤﺤ ﻟﻼﻏﺸﯿﺔ ﻀ ﺗﺮﻛﯿﺰ ﺑﺎﻗﻞ ﺮة) 0.1 (ﻣﻮﻻري. ﺧﻼ ﻣﻦ ا ل اﻟﻄﺒﻮﻏﺮاﻓﯿﺔ ﻟﺼﻮر ﻟﻸﻏﺸﯿﺔ اﻟﻤ ﺤﻀ ﺑﺘ ﺮه ﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ اﻛﯿﺰ و ان ﻟﻮﺣﻆ اﻟﺬري اﻟﻘﻮى ﺑﻤﺠﮭﺮ ﻗﯿﺎﺳﮭﺎ ﺗﻢ اﻟﺘﻲ زﯾﺎدة ﻣﻊ ﺗﻘﻞ اﻟﺴﻄﺢ واﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯿﺔ ﻧﻌﻮﻣﺔ اﻟﻤﻮﻻرﯾﺔ اﻟﻤﺎﺋﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﺤﻠﻮل , ﻟﺬﻟﻚ اﺿﺎﻓﺔ ا ظ ﺗﯿﺎر ﺧﺼﺎﺋﺺ ﮭﺮت-ﻻﻏﺸﯿﺔ اﻻوﻣﻲ اﻟﺴﻠﻮك ﻓﻮﻟﺘﯿﺔ SnO 2 .
