Abstract
This current research aimed to determine the impact of teacher certification on teacher performance in SMP Negeri throughout Tilongkabila Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. The research employed a quantitative method and involved 30 certified teachers as its samples. The research data were gathered through a questionnaire where the data analysis technique applied simple linear analysis. The research fiding notified an emergence of the impact of teacher certification for 96,5% on the teacher performance in SMP Negeri throughout Tilongkabila Subdistrict. In the meantime, the remaining 3,5% was elucidated by other variables which were not examined in this research.
