DIFFUSION OF OXYGEN IN LIQUID IRON.

Abstract

The diffusivity of oxygen in liquid iron was measured by the capillary method at 1560 to 1660 C. Results are expressed in an Arrhenius equation and found to be in good agreement with values reported by R. L. McCarron and G. R. Belton in 1969.
