Abstract

From the roots of Polygala senega var. latifolia Torr. et Gray four new oligosaccharides, called senegoses F—I, were isolated and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical means. These oligosaccharides were esterified with acetic, benzoic and ferulic acids. © 1993, The Pharmaceutical Society of Japan. All rights reserved.
