Abstract

Corporations in modernity and in this 21st century, or those that by their essence have been maintained over tune, now called contemporary, business competitiveness plays a leading role in their programmatic structures for then communication strategies. But. the truth is that not only a communication is enough, it is fought because they are assertive in all their contexts. The purpose of the present study is related to describing the contextualization of assertive communication from the approach of the business competition strategy, hi the understanding that said communication is submitted to the most flexible convictions of the interlocutors for their maturity and suitability in the defense of their rights, given to managers, leaders or business directors, who must influence human talent in their positions and optimize resources throughout the context context, for the overall benefits of the organization. The present study was subjected to a qualitative, hermeneutical. bibliographic documentary method. It was concluded that the managers are the strategists of business competitiveness, who with then skills influence the context of the assertive communication of an organization, through language and its communication styles.
