Abstract
Kossard et al. described a typical pattern of scarring alopecia characterized by progressive recession of the frontal and temporal hairline affecting particularly postmenopausal women. The condition was called postmenopausal frontal fibrosing alopecia (PFFA). The etiology of PFFA remains a mystery. Here we report three cases diagnosed at the General hospital of Serres- Dermatological Department.
