Abstract

The objective of this inquiry was to know the impact of pooled soccer, plyometric, and sprint drill on speed and agility among underweight males. 26 underweight male subjects were chosen with a BMI (kg/m2) of less than 18.5. The ages of the subjects ranged from 18-22 years. The physical fitness tests administered before and after the training program was 20m sprint, 40m sprint, and agility.
