This research paper examine the critical academic work in each streams of inquiry, the significance of knowledge management and its tie-in to innovation activities is broadly mentioned through focusing on knowledge sharing dimension IT support, organizational culture, empowerment leaders, rewards and its link with organizational innovation activities is widely acknowledged about new Tec, new market share, new stockholder and administrative innovation.
