Abstract
When determining the effect of organic substrate on the growth of Guazuma crinita (bolaina blanca) and Colubrina glandulosa (shaina) seedlings in the nursery phase in the Fundo San Jorge district of Zapatero, province of Lamas - San Martín, Peru. The substrate used was (black earth, charred husk, composted and chicken manure). The increase in diameter, increase in height, main root length and number of leaves of two forest species G. crinita and C. glandulosa were determined. The Completely Random Design (DCA) was used, with a factorial arrangement of 2AX4B compared by means of the TUKEY test at a level of α: 0.05 where significant statistical differences were found in terms of the variables increase in diameter, increase in height, length of main root and the number of leaves where the G. crinita species, the agricultural soil substrate and the combination of G. crinita with agricultural substrate and agricultural soil substrate with composted husk plus chicken manure in nursery substrate in a 3-2-1 ratio were the best as factors under study, in terms of the physical and chemical properties of the charred husk and chicken manure, it was found that the charred husk has a strongly acidic pH, a medium content of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus and low K2O content according to the Analysis of the agricultural land and the chemical properties of the chicken manure show a slightly acidic pH, average content of organic matter, also content and phosphorus, high in nitrogen and low in K2O.Al determinar el efecto de sustrato orgánico en el crecimiento de plántulas bolaina blanca (Guazuma crinita) y shaina (Columbrina glandulosa Perkins.) en fase de vivero en el Fundo San Jorge distrito de Zapatero, provincia de Lamas – San Martín, Perú.
