Abstract
In this erratum, we correct the statements and/or proofs of Lemma 4.6, Theorem 4.7, and Theorem 4.16 in [S. Pu and A. Garcia, SIAM J. Control Optim., 56 (2018), pp. 2997-3020]. The main conclusions remain unchanged.
