Abstract

The first synthesis of optically active 2-sulfamyloxaziridines 4a-d and 5a-d, which affords high enantioselectivity (38-68% ee) for asymmetric oxidations of sulfides to sulfoxides, is described. © 1984, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
