Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Rasio Ketergantungan, dan Indeks Kemahalan Konstruksi Terhadap Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Tambrauw

Abstract

Poverty is a fundamental problem, especially in developing countries, and has not yet been fully resolved. Poverty is defined as a condition where a person cannot fulfill his/her life needs and does not reach the standard of welfare in living. Tambrauw District is one of the regions with the highest poverty rate in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the effect of economic growth, dependency ratio, and construction cost index on poverty levels in Tambrauw District from 2009 to 2023. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data sourced from the Tambrauw District Central Statistics Agency taken in a time series from 2009 to 2023. The data collected was then processed using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of the analysis tool, namely SPSS 25.0. The results of the research show that the t value of economic growth is 0.010; t value of dependency ratio is 0.469; and the t value of construction cost index is 0,004. The conclusion, partially economic growth has a significant positive effect, the dependency ratio has an insignificant effect, and the construction cost index has a significant positive effect on the poverty level in Tambrauw District from 2009 to 2023.
