Abstract

In this issue of Blood, Schwamb and colleagues describe a novel mechanism of action through which kinase inhibitors can overcome B-cell receptor (BCR)-mediated survival of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells via their influence on sphingolipid metabolism. (Figure Presented).
