Abstract

The background of this research is related to burnout in High Point Appartment Surabaya employees caused by fatigue and boredom at work. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Family Conflict, Work Environment, and Work Stress on employee burnout at High Point Appartment Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used is a questionnaire. The population in this study were 40 employees of High Point Appartment Surabaya. The sample in this study were 40 respondents. The measurement of the study used a Likert scale. The analytical tool in this study uses SPSS statistical software version 2.5.0. The results showed that (1) work family conflict on employee burnout had a significant effect. (2) the work environment has a significant effect on employee burnout. (3) work stress has a significant effect on employee burnout.
