Abstract
The digital age has revolutionized the lives of millions of people. At present, it is observed how technological development is a"ecting the social sustainability of cities in issues such as exclusion, individualism or gentri!cation. In contrast, this technology applied in a transversal way generates inclusion, diversity and a community feeling. This article addresses the issue of collaborative housing, understood as a participatory process, extended beyond the project and construction phases, towards the management and use of spaces that, thanks to digital technologies, favor their social sustainability.
