Abstract
Business is an effort made to make a profit. Over time, there has been growing awareness among academics and HR practitioners that managing a company's business is not only about monetary but also an obligation to maintain environmental sustainability. The concept of Green Human Resources Management or Environmentally Friendly Human Resource Management (EF-HRM) was introduced as an effort to meet the needs that have an impact on the balance between company growth to create wealth and protection of the natural environment that allows to build a successful future. EF-HRM integrates environmental management and HRM. The implementation of EF-HRM in Indonesia can be started in the implementation of HRM functions, namely environmentally friendly recruitment and selection, environmentally friendly job analysis and design, environmentally friendly training and development, and environmentally friendly performance management.
