Abstract

Pulmonary fibrosis affects human respiratory function, and severe cases can lead to progressive loss of lung function. Early intervention and early treatment are important for the prognosis of lung fiber. The establishment of pulmonary fibrosis model is of great significance to study the pathogenesis and pathological process of pulmonary fibrosis. Rats are usually selected to model pulmonary fibrosis in various ways. By retrospectively summing up the rat PF model, progress has been made in the study of pulmonary fibrosis.
