A case study methodology and a qualitative technique are both used in this work. Using in-depth interviews, observation, Focus Group Discussion, and documentation approaches collect primary and secondary data. Key informants were interviewed using the purposive sampling technique. The policy's substance includes interests, different benefit types, the degree of change, the position of the policymakers and program implementers, as well as resources. The novelty of this study was that not every location can implement Village Forest regulations.
