A LOGÍSTICA REVERSA COMO CAMINHO ESTRATÉGICO PARA RESPONSABILIDADE AMBIENTAL DOS NEGÓCIOS

Abstract

A gestão de operações voltada a logística reversa, deve buscar mensurar o impacto ambiental gerado pela produção de seus bens de consumo. Dessa forma, este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a importância da responsabilidade ambiental no gerenciamento das operações e a logística reversa. Para tanto se utilizou de uma revisão da literatura com apresentação da análise dos relatórios de duas empresas, uma do ramo da saúde e a outra de cosméticos. Como resultado foi possível compreender a importância entre gerir um negócio e adotar ações para tratamento adequado dos recursos extraídos, buscando o equilíbrio social, ambiental e econômico. As empresas apresentaram em seus relatórios ganhos com o uso de material reciclado, beneficiando toda a cadeia e o meio ambiente. Neste contexto, a logística reversa auxilia no processo de reaver valores e estabelecer elos com novos públicos avaliando suas responsabilidades ambientais.The management of operations focused on reverse logistics, should seek to measure the environmental impact generated by the production of their consumer goods. Thus, this paper aims to show the importance of environmental responsibility in operations management and reverse logistics. For this purpose, a literature review was conducted based on the analysis of the reports of two companies, one in the health sector and the other of cosmetics. As a result, it was possible to understand the importance between running a business and adopting actions for the proper treatment of the extracted resources, in order to economic, social and environmental balance. The companies showed in their reports gains from the use of recycled material, benefiting the entire chain and the environment. In this context, reverse logistics helps in the process of re-establishing values and establishing links with new audiences evaluating their environmental responsibilities.
