Abstract

The authors review the morphology of various types of non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphoma (ML) from their extensive light and electronmicroscopic observations on over 500 cases, and made a revision in the classification ML, mainly based on the concept presented by Lennert and the widely used Rapport classification. A detailed description is given on lymphocytic ML, ML of germinal center cell origin, ML of immunoglobulin-secreting cells and lymphoplasmacytic dyscrasis, lymphoblastic acute leukaemia, and histocytic disorders.
