Abstract

Fungal infection is one of the very important infectious lung disease, although it is not the major entity in the pulmonary disease. Moreover, recent advance of chemotherapy and increasing of the immunocompromised host such as AIDS are main causes of the increased importance of fungal infection. In this manuscript, we review the radiological findings, of fungal infection, and discuss its differential diagnosis.
