Clima organizacional en el ámbito universitario: Una aproximación a sus dimensiones

Abstract

The organizational climate is a concept associated with the degree of perception that one has of an environment, mainly where one works, therefore, the most suitable person to qualify are the actors themselves, the organizational climate has been defined from the sociological context and psychological; to expand and contextualize this concept we use the affirmation of experts in the field; An exhaustive study of the different authors and theories that study the organizational climate was carried out, in order to deepen the flows of knowledge which were associated with the University context using the method of participant observation, which has allowed us to analyze the dimensions that contains to contribute to the improvement of the work environment among the levels of the university community of the Micaela Bastidas National University of Apurímac 2022. The research is characterized by assuming a qualitative approach based on the review of bibliographic content around the research variable.El clima organizacional es un concepto asociado al grado de percepción que se tiene de un ambiente, principalmente donde se labora, por tanto, la persona más idónea para calificar son los mismos actores, el clima organizacional ha sido definido desde el contexto sociológico y psicológico; para ampliar y contextualizar dicho concepto nos valemos de la afirmación de los expertos en la materia; se realizó un estudio exhaustivo de los diferentes autores y teorías que estudian el clima organizacional, con la finalidad de profundizar los caudales de conocimiento los cuales fueron asociados al contexto Universitario utilizando el método de la observación participante, lo cual nos ha permitido analizar las dimensiones que contiene para contribuir en el mejoramiento del clima laboral entre los estamentos de la comunidad universitaria de la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac 2022. La investigación se caracteriza por asumir un enfoque cualitativo basado en la revisión de contenido bibliográfico en torno a la variable de investigación.
