Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of risk, ease of use, discount, and wide acceptability on satisfaction-mediated intention to use. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. This study took a sample of 331 respondents throughout Indonesia who use electronic wallets to conduct transactions in their daily life. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between ease of use, discount, risk, and wide acceptability on consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction forms the intention to use.
