Abstract

O BE nas organizações decorre do clima interno que aí se vive. A satisfação e motivação dos colaboradores dependem das relações na empresa. A Sociabilidade nas organizações é decisiva para um clima empresarial positivo através da interação e integração dos colaboradores. O Home Office e o Teletrabalho potenciado pelo COVID-19 levou a um afastamento físico dos trabalhadores. Com análise de casos reais verificámos que a utilização dos meios digitais no âmbito da Gestão Estratégica da Comunicação interna surpreendeu a sociedade em geral e a comunidade empresarial provocando uma maior aproximação afetiva à empresa e entre trabalhadoresThe wellbeing in organizations stems from the internal climate that exists there. Employee satisfaction and motivation depends on intra-organizational relationships. Sociability in organizations is crucial for a positive business climate through the interaction and integration of employees. The Home Office and Telecomputing boosted by COVID-19 led to a physical removal of workers. With the analysis of real cases, we found that the use of digital media in the scope of Strategic Management of Internal Communication surprised society in general and the business community, causing a greater affective approach to the company and to the workers.
