Strategy formulation requires an organization to determine the most possible alternative actions in order to achieve its vision, mission and goals, as well as to develop pre-existing strategies. However, despite the abundance of empirical evidence suggesting the importance of strategy formulation in organizations, the most attractive set of alternative strategies must be developed, prioritized, and selected. Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) is one of the most appropriate tools for making the necessary and effective priorities in formulating strategic plans. This study aims to formulate an appropriate alternative strategy for Malika Bakery by applying QSPM analysis. Descriptive method is used to identify the priority of alternative strategies at Malika Bakery. The results of QSPM analysis show that the highest number of alternative strategies for Malika Bakery is in the distribution channel development factor (0.60). This means that a specific strategy to be implemented immediately is a distribution channel development strategy.
