Abstract

The traditional construction industry is confronted with problems such as inefficient information transmission, design errors and omissions, and resource waste in the detailed design of construction. This paper takes the Chengdu Zhishan Building project as the research object to explore the application path of BIM technology in the construction deepening design. The three-dimensional model is constructed through BIMMAKE software to realize the detailed design of site layout, scaffolding and formwork engineering, and optimize the construction process with the help of animation simulation. Practice has shown that BIM technology can enhance design accuracy, improve the efficiency of multi-disciplinary collaboration, reduce the safety accident rate of scaffolding by 82% and the rework rate of formwork by 65%, providing practical references for the digital transformation of the construction industry.
