Abstract

In the exercise of the execution of the Integral Professional Training of the Agrotourism Center, of the t i t led programs ( techni cal and technological) and SER (Sena Emprende Rural), are generated by the apprentices, productive units, that through time, are frustrated in the commercialization process, due to the lack of knowledge in the implementation of digital commercial strategies, which leads to losses and demotivation in the producers, decrease in the rotation of inventories, minimum expansion of the market and later closing of these units. Using the applied research methodology, I created a Virtual Store to improve the commercialization levels of the products generated in these units, in order to guarantee their expansion, permanence in the market and profitability of their products; offering an economic benefit through the increase of sales through the development of digital commercialization strategies, generate a commitment of environmental responsibility in the commercialization process and finally, achieve the increase of the use of the TICS, as an alternative to optimize the effort and the resources i n t he managemen t o f the commercialization process of the products generated by the apprentices of the Agrotourism Center.
