Abstract
The management is one of the most important factors of making theorganizations efficient. The economical and social performances aredepending to the methodological, decisional, informational andorganizatorical performances. The managers are involved directly inexerting the management processes, adopting and applying of managerialdecisions. To the question ``HAW DO WE LEAD?{''} the answer is properknowledge, the adequate systems, methods and techniques of management.Being in charge of an engineering group, a department, or a companytakes a lot of planning ahead of time and then continuous improvement astime goes by. For the individual striving to be a leader, or the personwanting to be a better leader, the person must look around at those inresponsible charge and write down what they see as good and bad aboutthe other person's management skills. So, a leadership must know themanagement function, the management processes and relations, themanagement system, how to innovate, research and discovery.
