Abstract

After reflecting on multiculturalism and constitutional law in Latin America, the author makes a systematic study of the most important opinions of the Colombian Constitutional Court on the rights of the indigenous peoples, with the aim of showing the most reasonable criteria found in such opinions that can be used to solve conflicts in a multicultural state.
