Abstract
This study aims to examine and explain the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the effect of organizational depression on employee performance at the Wyndham Garden Hotel Kuta Beach Bali. The sample in this study was 88 respondents using the probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and the data collected was analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show that Organizational Citinzenship Behavior has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Wyndham Garden Hotel Kuta Beach Bali. The suggestion in this study is that Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali Hotel Management needs to reward employees who can complete their work more than the specified target, doing this will improve employee performance at the company.
