Abstract

The research’s problem statement is whether is an influence of gender, length of work, and compensationon the work motivation of employes at PT.PG Tolangohula, Gandaria Sub-district, Gorontalo Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of gender, length of work, and compensation on employees’ work motivation at PT.PG Gorontalo in Tolangohula Sub-district, Gorontalo Regency.
