Abstract

Management under uncertainty is considered as an open, nonlinear, disproportionate process with systemic properties. The basis for effective management is the project mode with its corresponding elements: problem, goal, tasks, activities, stakeholders, schedule, risks. It is proved that an important condition for successful management is the analysis of information and temporal uncertainty.
