Acute acalculus cholecystitis and hepatitis caused by brucella melitensis

Abstract

Acute cholecystitis is a very rare presentation of brucellosis. A case of acalculous cholecystitis caused by Brucella melitensis is reported with a review of previously reported cases. © 2010 Al Otaibi.
