Abstract

This study aims to describe the Handling of Student Bullying Behavior at Koto Agung Elementary School 54 / III. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, students and parents of students. Data collection techniques in this study used Observation, Interview, and Documentation techniques. Legitimacy Guarantor Technique The research data was carried out with a test of Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, and Confirmability. Data analysis techniques are done through data reduction (data reduction), display data (data display), and conclusion (verification). The conclusion of this study states that the handling of bullying behavior by teachers and parents of students is done by increasing awareness of student behavior. This study revealed that, "Bullying behavior arises because of a lack of sensitivity and concern for people in the perpetrator's environment. Abstrak
