In terms of practical and economical technical advancements, electronic data exchange (EDI) stands out. As more and more businesses see the value and competitive advantages of implementing EDI into their operations, the technology is seeing widespread adoption across a variety of sectors. Good information systems are vital to the continued existence of several organisations, making EDI a strategically significant issue. An EDI implementation at a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Turkey's automotive sector is detailed in this article. We want to demonstrate the value of EDI applications, clarify how businesses may incorporate EDI into their systems, and highlight the benefits of these tools in this research.
