Fuzzy Critical Path Analysis

Abstract

Fuzzy time cost trade-off problem is one of the main aspects of fuzzy project scheduling. Scheduling and fuzzy cost optimization is the main operation in fuzzy project management. The objective of fuzzy time cost trade off problem is to reduce the fuzzy total project cost and fuzzy project duration. In this paper, a new arithmetic operation is defined for solving the fuzzy problem by using suitable ranking function. The method is supported with numerical illustrations.
