Abstract

A two-dimensional numerical device-simulation system is presented. A novel discretization scheme, called “finite boxes,” allows an optimal grid-point allocation and can be applied to nonrectangular devices. © 1983 by The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.
